We encourage all dog owners to bring your fur babies at least ONCE A MONTH unless you can bathe and brush at home on regular basis.

*For doodle breeds, we recommend a maintenance bath & brush every two to three weeks helps prevent matting and keeps their coats clean and healthy. It also allows us to check for any skin issues or parasites early on. Consistent grooming ensures your doodle stays comfortable and stylish. Remember, a well-groomed doodle is a happy doodle!

Appointments: 24hr prior to your grooming appointment, you will receive a text message to confirm. If unconfirmed, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. Clients who do not cancel or reschedule within 24hrs will be charged 50% of booking. Clients who does not give us any a call and no-show, will be charged 100% of booking.

Prior to arriving at our salon, please give your dog chance to relieve themselves.

If you are unsatisfied with the grooming result, contact us within 48hrs and we will gladly make the adjustment at no cost.
